This Privacy Policy explains how Tattoo Generator collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, AI tattoo design tools, account area, billing features, blog, and support service.

2. Creative inputs and results — Prompts, style choices, reference images or other files you upload, conversation history, and generated tattoo concepts.
3. Service usage data — Feature activity, generation and token usage, Credit transactions, timestamps, error records, and security events.
4. Payment data — Order number, product, price, currency, discount, payment status, and payment-provider reference. Payment providers process full card or wallet details; we do not store full card numbers.
5. Support data — Contact details, ticket subject, messages, attachments or information you choose to include, and our responses.
6. Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, cookies, session identifiers, referral information, and approximate locale.

Please avoid uploading confidential personal information or images that you do not have permission to use.

How We Use Information

• create and secure accounts, send verification and password-reset messages, and prevent abuse;
• process prompts, generate tattoo concepts, preserve requested history, and measure Credit or token use;
• process purchases, apply discounts, maintain billing records, and handle payment questions;

• diagnose errors, improve reliability, understand feature performance, and protect the service;
• send essential operational notices, including verified-signup and successful-payment alerts to the service operator; and
• meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Service Providers and Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share the minimum information needed with providers that help operate the service, which may include:

• FastClaw and its upstream model or agent infrastructure for AI requests and usage reporting;
• Cloudflare for hosting, security, database, storage, and delivery services;
• payment providers for checkout, fraud checks, and transaction processing;
• email providers for verification, password reset, and operational messages; and
• analytics providers only when the related analytics setting is enabled.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal process, or to protect users, the public, or the service from fraud, security threats, or harm. Providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable safeguards and terms.

Cookies and Analytics

Protect your password and notify us promptly through a support ticket if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

You may update available profile details in your account. To request help, submit a ticket through our Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children

The service is intended for adults. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under the age required to consent to online services where you live. Tattoo decisions may also be subject to separate local age and consent rules.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes may also be announced through the service or by email when appropriate.
