Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Tattoo Generator, including its AI tattoo design tools, account area, Credits, paid plans, blog, and support features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age for online services where you live. Tattoo services may be subject to separate local age and consent rules. Provide accurate account information, complete required email verification, keep your password secure, and tell us through a support ticket if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

The AI Design Service

Tattoo Generator uses automated systems and third-party agent or model infrastructure to produce creative concepts from your instructions. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to existing material. Availability, model behavior, processing time, and output quality may change. We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features to maintain safety, reliability, or commercial viability.

Inputs, Uploads, and Generated Results

You retain the rights you hold in prompts, uploads, and other material you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited right to host, transmit, transform, and process that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service under the Privacy Policy.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated results for personal or commercial purposes. We do not promise that a result is unique, eligible for intellectual-property protection, or free from similarity to third-party work. You must review a design and secure any necessary rights before using, publishing, selling, or tattooing it.

Tattoo and Health Safety

Generated designs are creative references, not medical, dermatological, legal, or professional tattoo advice. Before getting a tattoo, consult a qualified tattoo artist about placement, sizing, line weight, skin condition, hygiene, and local requirements. Do not rely on a generated image as a production-ready stencil without professional review. Seek appropriate medical advice for allergies, skin conditions, infection concerns, or aftercare.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

• break applicable law or help another person do so;
• infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• upload material without the necessary permission;
• create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, targeted harassment, credible threats, or instructions intended to cause serious harm;
• impersonate another person, commit fraud, distribute malware or spam, or evade safety and access controls;
• probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• resell account access, Credits, or system capacity without written authorization.

We may remove content, limit generation, suspend access, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect the service and its users.

Credits, Prices, Discounts, and Payments

Paid features may use one-time purchases, subscriptions, or Credits. The checkout page shows the current price, included Credits, currency, applicable discount, and billing period before you confirm payment. Discounts may have a limited window and may apply only to selected products. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless we expressly state otherwise, and may expire according to the terms shown at purchase.

Payment providers process transactions under their own terms. Taxes or currency-conversion charges may apply. Except where law requires otherwise or the checkout terms expressly provide a refund, completed digital-service charges and consumed Credits are non-refundable. For duplicate charges, access failures, or billing errors, submit a ticket through our Contact page with the order number. Do not include a complete card number.

Service Availability

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, third-party outages, capacity limits, security events, or technical failures may interrupt it. We may set reasonable usage limits and adjust them as the service evolves. Do not rely on the service as the sole copy of important prompts, images, or records.

Suspension and Account Deletion

We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or non-payment. An administrator may delete an eligible ordinary-user account after verifying the target account. A deleted user may register again with the same email unless access has separately been restricted for abuse or legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tattoo Generator and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to that claim during the six months before the event, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing, unless applicable law requires a different limit.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes may also be announced through the service or by email. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

Questions and Disputes

Before starting a formal claim, submit a ticket through our Contact page so we can investigate and try to resolve the issue. Include the relevant account email and order number, but never include a password, complete payment-card number, or API key. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the service operator and your non-waivable local consumer rights.
